SUPPLIER TERMS

Terms of use

These terms govern Go Greater AI, an AI-assisted business-building service supplied by Dragon Raw. They supplement the checkout and buyer terms presented by Paddle, the Merchant of Record.

Effective and last updated: 2026-10-04 · Dragon Raw · KVK 97717169

1. Supplier and scope

Supplier and data controller: Dragon Raw, trading as Go Greater AI, KVK 97717169, Dorpsstraat 1062, 1566 JM Assendelft, The Netherlands. Email: hello@gogreaterai.com.

These terms apply when you create an account, use a free or paid workspace, ask the AI Mentor for assistance or purchase access. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.

2. What the service provides

Go Greater AI provides a business profile, suggested directions, adaptive routes, tasks, saved workspaces, research-supported AI mentoring and working drafts. Current functionality and technical requirements are described before purchase and in the AI transparency notice.

The service supports research, planning and execution. It does not guarantee revenue, customers, funding, legal compliance or business success. Results depend on the information provided, verification, execution, market conditions and third parties.

3. Eligibility, accounts and security

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. Keep your sign-in method secure, use your own account and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless the law provides otherwise.

4. Responsible use

Use the service only for lawful business-building purposes. We may restrict generation, suspend access or preserve evidence where reasonably necessary to protect people, the service or the law.

  • Do not request or facilitate fraud, deception, malware, unauthorised access, harassment, discrimination, exploitation or other illegal or harmful activity.
  • Do not enter passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, health data, biometric data or another person's confidential information unless you have a lawful basis and the service explicitly supports it.
  • Do not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other rights; impersonate others; bypass limits; scrape the service; resell accounts; or interfere with security.

5. AI output and human responsibility

You are interacting with an AI system. Output can be incomplete, outdated, similar to material produced for others or factually wrong. Web sources, when shown, are references to inspect rather than a guarantee of accuracy.

You decide whether to use, publish or act on output. Verify important claims, permissions, prices, taxes and professional requirements. The Mentor is not a substitute for a qualified lawyer, accountant, financial adviser, doctor or other regulated professional.

6. Your input and generated work

You keep your rights in content you submit. You grant the supplier the limited rights needed to process, store, secure and return that content and to operate the service for you.

As between you and the supplier, and subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use and adapt generated working drafts for your lawful business. AI output may not qualify for exclusive intellectual-property protection. You must perform trademark, copyright, privacy and other clearance before commercial use.

7. Plans, quotas and fair use

The price, currency, taxes, duration, renewal interval, included successful Mentor actions and material limits are shown before payment. Failed Mentor responses are not intended to consume an action. Reasonable rate, safety and abuse-prevention limits may apply.

Optional extra Mentor credits are a separate one-time purchase and do not renew automatically. They are used only after the included allowance, remain available while paid access is active and do not replace the access period of the underlying plan. A one-time Launch Pass does not renew unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Growth Partner and Scale renew at the displayed interval until cancelled. Saved work may remain accessible after paid access ends while paid generation and other paid features may be restricted.

8. Payments and billing

Paddle is the Merchant of Record and processes payment, transaction taxes, receipts, subscriptions and eligible refunds under the terms shown at checkout. Go Greater AI does not store full payment-card details. The final amount, tax and renewal terms are displayed before you place an order.

If payment fails or is reversed, paid access may be paused after any legally required notice or grace period. You can manage an active subscription from the billing area or the link in Paddle's receipt.

9. Cancellation and withdrawal

You can stop future subscription renewal through billing management. Consumers may also have a statutory right to withdraw from an online contract. The applicable period, immediate-performance consequences, online cancellation route and model withdrawal form are set out in the Cancellation and refund policy.

Deleting app data is separate from cancelling a subscription or withdrawing from a purchase. Cancel paid renewal first, then use the authenticated data-deletion control if you also want the workspace removed.

10. Availability, updates and changes

We use reasonable care to keep the service secure and available, but maintenance, provider outages, internet failures and safety measures can interrupt it. We may improve, replace or discontinue features. Security and legally required updates may be applied without prior notice.

Material changes to these terms or a paid ongoing service will be communicated in advance where required. If a material change is unacceptable, you may cancel before it takes effect, subject to mandatory law.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and cancel as described above. We may suspend access immediately for a credible security threat, unlawful use, serious abuse, non-payment or risk to other users. For other material breaches, we will normally provide notice and a reasonable chance to remedy where appropriate.

Before a planned termination, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to export data unless prohibited by law or immediate action is necessary for safety. Clauses that by nature should survive termination, including payment, intellectual-property and liability provisions, remain effective.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that rule, the supplier is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or a business decision made without reasonable verification.

For paid service claims where a financial cap is legally permitted, aggregate contractual liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the 12 months before the event. This cap does not apply where prohibited by mandatory law.

13. Complaints, law and contact

Send service, billing or legal complaints to hello@gogreaterai.com. Include your account email, order or transaction reference when relevant and the outcome you request. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days.

Dutch law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection available in their country of residence. A dispute may be brought before the competent Dutch court or another court available under mandatory consumer law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.
